Cheryl Penna is a highly experienced Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with over 20 years in clinical practice, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through natural medicine.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Herbal and Nutritional Medicine from SSNT in Melbourne and integrates holistic healing with the latest research to support her clients' well-being.

 

As the founder of her own wellness business, Cheryl provides personalized solutions for hormonal balance, gut health, immune support, and longevity. She is also an Independent Business Owner with Cerule, educating clients on the benefits of stem cell nutrition and anti-inflammatory support.

 

Cheryl has always had a passion for skin health, which led her to study Corneotherapy—a remedial skin treatment methodology focused on repairing and maintaining the skin’s barrier defense systems. She believes in a science-backed approach to skincare that nurtures and protects the skin at a foundational level.

 

With a dynamic and adaptable approach to health, Cheryl is committed to empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools to live healthier, more vibrant lives.

After almost 20 years of operating her own clinic in Northcote, Cheryl relocated her business in early 2023 into a multi-disciplinary practice in Clifton Hill.

 

She is the author of a number of publications including; Fertility Fitness and the Optimal Fat Loss Program. Both are available to purchase as Digital E Books on our website
