Postage will be added to the cost of your order at checkout. Please ensure you include a daytime contact number in case we need to confirm your order. Products are only available for purchase within Australia.

Your order will normally be despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of payments, except on public holidays and weekends. Despatch will then occur on the next business day via Australia Post Express Delivery. Note: The clinic is closed on Thursday.

Note: For some regional areas and Western Australian residents, Express Post next day delivery is not guaranteed by Australia Post and may vary by postcode.

If you are not home on the day of delivery, your parcel may be directed to the nearest Australia Post outlet. Please check with them first, prior to contacting us regarding the delivery status of your order.
