Detox tonic

This wonderful seasonal blend of fruit and vegies is the ideal daily spring detox tonic.

Add to a good blender such as a nutribullet or vitamix the following ingredients. Remember organic is best when it comes to the food your are detoxing with.


  • 1 small cucumber,

  • 1 stalk celery,

  • 1 apple (skin on) or 1 cup of other seasonal fruit,

  • handful of flat leaf parsley, (do not use raw kale as the phytates block mineral uptake and thyroid function),

  • 1 tbsp collagen hydrosylate powder or 1 tsp organic spirulina powder or 1/2 cup bone broth and 1/2 cup filtered water.


  • Blend and drink.
